UK20 February Configuration is built around two recognized 20 kg roasting systems— ATLANTICA 20 and INDIANA 20 — each designed to serve professional roasteries that require reliable capacity, repeatable results, and controlled production workflows.

This program does not promote individual machines as standalone products. It offers a complete production-ready roasting system, engineered to operate as a single, integrated workflow.

ATLANTICA 20 & INDIANA 20 – Production-Oriented Roasting Platforms

Both systems are designed with a 20 kg green coffee batch capacity, optimized for continuous daily operation and stable output over long roasting hours.

Typical production performance:

• Batch capacity: 20 kg (green coffee)
• Roasting cycle: approx. 12–15 minutes (including loading and cooling)
• Average batches per hour: 4
• Hourly output: ~80 kg/hour
• Daily operation (up to 14 hours): up to 1,100 kg/day
• Weekly capacity (6 working days): up to 6.5–7 tons/week

Actual output may vary depending on green coffee properties, roast degree, and operating parameters, but the system is designed to maintain consistency under intensive production schedules.

PAYMENT & RESERVATION

Two options are available:

100% payment
→ Production slot confirmed and shipment scheduled.

50% deposit
→ Fixed price and reservation for February allocation.

If the balance payment is not completed within the agreed period, the reservation expires and the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Administrative and Customs Notes

If visa procedures are required for the commissioning service, a formal invitation letter must be provided by the buyer.

The total price does not include:

• Customization costs
• Delivery Charge (Izmir Factory – Buyer Address)
• Inland transportation after port delivery
• Local or regional taxes
• Customs inspection fees
• Forklift or unloading services at the destination port
