Campaign Details – HOST Milano Limited 5 Campaign
In honor of our participation at HOST Milano this year, we’re offering a unique opportunity for everyone seeking a reliable, sustainable, and integrated product–service package — designed especially for those focused on specialty coffee and the perfect balance of performance and value.
Available Models and Color Options
FOCHA Roaster: Available in Aegean Waves, Grade Natural and Mocha Mousse colors.
PACIFICA 15 Full Auto: Available in Full Black, Yellow, Orange, and Green.
Campaign Price
The all-inclusive package price for either model (FOCHA or PACIFICA 15 Full Auto) is:
€30,000.00 (CIF – delivery to the nearest port)
This single price includes:
- ✅ On-site commissioning (worldwide)
- ✅ SCA Roasting Training (Foundation, Intermediate Levels & Introduction to Coffee)
- ✅ Delivery to the nearest port (CIF)
- ✅ SCA Certification Fees
Order & Production Timeline
- Offer submission: Until October 31, 2025.
- Down payment: Must be completed by November 7, 2025 at the latest.
- Production period: According to order sequence, manufacturing will be completed between January 1 – January 15, 2026.
During this period, buyers can plan their training sessions in coordination with GARANTİ.
Training Program
Training can be provided before the product is completed. Each session requires a minimum of 2 participants and will be scheduled according to the supplier’s availability.
The program is a 4-day integrated course including:
- Introduction to Coffee (1st Day)
- Roasting Foundation (1st Day)
- Roasting Intermediate (2nd–4th Days)
On the 4th day, detailed technical explanations and operational insights of the purchased machine are provided.
Conducted by AST Sinem UMSU at GARANTİ Roasters Training Field.
SCA certification fees are included in the campaign price.
All travel and accommodation expenses during the training are at the buyer’s cost.
On-Site Training & Commissioning Option
Buyers who prefer on-site training may choose to combine it with the commissioning service for an additional
€3,200.00. This extra cost covers accommodation and flight expenses for the trainer.
Commissioning is provided after delivery, once the machine is fully installed at the buyer’s site.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring complete site readiness, including ventilation, electrical, chimney, and gas connections.
Additional Equipment
For the Pacifica 15 Full Auto model, the air compressor required for pneumatic operations is not included in the main offer.
It can be supplied separately for €2,450.00.
Administrative and Customs Notes
If visa procedures are required for the commissioning service, a formal invitation letter must be provided by the buyer.
The total price does not include:
- Customization costs
- Inland transportation after port delivery
- Local or regional taxes
- Customs inspection fees
- Forklift or unloading services at the destination port
