2.6 Security Data: IP addresses, login data, and physical location access records.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

  • Up to 10 years following the end of the financial year in which the transaction was completed, to comply with tax and commercial regulations,
  • 2 years after the last customer interaction for marketing-related data, unless consent is withdrawn earlier,
  • Immediately deleted or anonymized when the legal basis for processing ceases to exist, unless required by law to retain longer.
