What we do in the U.S.

Three services. One manufacturer behind all of them.

01

Sales, built to your spec

Every machine is manufactured in İzmir for your site. Voltage, frequency, heating, controls, colour and options are confirmed for the selected model. Request a comparison of factory and delivered pricing, with the available shipping terms stated in writing.

02

Spare parts & technical support

Wear parts shipped by air from the factory; remote diagnosis over the controller; a response‑time commitment written into your proposal. Support hours overlap the U.S. business day.

03

Commissioning & training

Start‑up on your floor: utility checks, first fire, profile set‑up and operator training. On‑site by a GARANTİ engineer or guided remotely for shop roasters — scope defined before you order.

Lead times are indicative and confirmed in the written proposal.

Cost on your floor

Import terms, said out loud.

The hesitation about buying from Türkiye is rarely about the machine. It is about what arrives on the invoice afterwards. So we itemise it.

Line 01

Quoted both ways

Compare factory and delivered pricing. Available delivery terms, destination costs and responsibilities are confirmed in your written proposal.

Line 02

Duty itemised, not buried

HTS classification, duty and any additional tariff as their own lines, checked with a licensed customs broker before you sign.

Line 03

Freight and rigging named

Airport or port, inland leg, liftgate or rigging — and who is standing at the door when the truck arrives.

Line 04

Parts and response time

Which spares ship with the machine, which are stocked for the U.S., and the response‑time commitment in writing.

Questions from U.S. buyers

Straight answers.

Can GARANTİ supply a roaster configured for a U.S. facility?+

Yes. PACIFICA 2 and PACIFICA 5 are built for 60 Hz at 208 V or 220–240 V. Share phase, fuel, gas pressure and local approval requirements and the full configuration is confirmed in writing.

How fast can a shop roaster arrive?+

PACIFICA 2, PACIFICA 5 and FOCHA ship by air freight — typically 5–10 days from factory dispatch to your nearest airport, customs cleared. ATLANTICA systems travel by sea in 5–8 weeks.

Is a UL or ETL mark always required?+

It varies by jurisdiction. The local authority may ask for an NRTL listing or a field evaluation. We tell you what applies to your address before you order — this page does not claim a U.S. listing for every model.

What happens when I need a part or something goes wrong?+

Remote diagnosis over the controller first; wear parts fly from the factory; the response‑time commitment is written into your proposal.

Are GARANTİ roasters compatible with Artisan and Modbus?+

Yes. Control systems support Modbus and are used with Artisan in the field. Ask for the model‑specific set‑up guide with your quotation.

Planning a roastery in the United States?

Send the city, state, target capacity, utilities and timing. We start with a configuration and readiness review — before any price.
