1. Controller and scope

Garanti Değirmenleri Mak. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“GARANTİ”) is the controller for the website processes described here. Address: Kemalpaşa OSB Mahallesi, 31 Sokak No:6, Ulucak – Kemalpaşa – İzmir, Türkiye. Contact: [email protected]. This notice explains website visits, enquiries, quotations, My GARANTİ membership and support under Turkish Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Separate transaction notices apply when a sale, payment, delivery, warranty or physical visit requires additional information.

2. What we use and why

For quotations, we use the name, contact details, country, company and project information you provide to assess the requested equipment and prepare a proposal. For contact and support, we use your enquiry and relevant communication, machine and service information to respond and provide assistance. For membership, we use application details, account information, verification results and reply preferences to manage access and check the applicant’s relationship to a company or machine. A social profile you supply for verification is not automatically published in a review.

Where processing is directly related and necessary to entering into or performing a contract, the basis is KVKK Article 5(2)(c). Necessary, proportionate business communication, access checks and security activities may rely on Article 5(2)(f), subject to a documented balancing of rights and interests. Specific legal obligations rely on Article 5(2)(ç), and the establishment, exercise or protection of rights on Article 5(2)(e). The basis is determined for each actual activity; it is not a blanket permission.

Optional analytics, advertising measurement and campaign attribution used on this website rely on consent under Article 5(1). Email and WhatsApp marketing choices are separate and optional. Selecting a channel for a reply, sending an enquiry or joining does not itself grant marketing permission. Applicable electronic marketing requirements are assessed separately.

3. Collection and recipients

Information is collected through website forms, membership and support screens, email, your chosen communication channels, security / session systems, and optional technologies to which you consent. Necessary information may be made available to authorised GARANTİ personnel, hosting / maintenance / email providers, service partners involved in your request, professional advisers and legally authorised public bodies, limited to the relevant purpose.

When a foreign provider receives or accesses personal data, an applicable Article 9 transfer mechanism is required in addition to the processing basis. Cookie consent alone is not a general safeguard for recurring international transfers. Google Analytics and Google Ads are the optional external measurement services. Their processing and transfers are also governed by Google’s service and data protection arrangements. Contact us for information about specific recipients and your rights.

4. Retention

We retain information only for as long as the purpose or applicable law requires, taking account of open requests, active membership, sales / warranty / support obligations and the protection of legal rights. When the grounds end, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised as applicable. Withdrawal stops new consent-based processing; records required on another lawful basis are assessed separately. Cookie / browser storage periods are listed in the cookie schedule.

The stated maximum for optional member interaction analytics is 90 days. It requires both a separate account choice and Statistics consent. It records account ID, event type, public page path and UTC time, rather than message or form contents.

5. Choices and rights

Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from requesting a quotation, contacting us or using local account login. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change cookie choices. Change email and WhatsApp marketing preferences individually in My GARANTİ or contact us. The separate member analytics control governs account-linked analytics in addition to the cookie setting.

Under KVKK Article 11, you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether use is consistent with it, learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad, request correction, request deletion or destruction under Article 7, request notification of those actions to recipients, object to an adverse result arising exclusively from automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

Submit a written request to our address above or use a method under the applicable Turkish application communiqué. You may also write to [email protected] from an email address previously supplied and registered with us. We verify identity proportionately and respond as soon as possible and within 30 days. A fee may apply only where permitted under the applicable tariff.

Additional rights and obligations under GDPR or other law apply where that law governs the relevant processing. GDPR applicability is not determined solely by citizenship or residence. Rights such as portability are assessed under the applicable conditions. The published notice will state its version and effective date.

The controller is GARANTİ at the contact details above. This notice covers website visitors, including visitors in Türkiye. “Cookies” here includes browser cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage and related technologies. Strictly necessary technologies support requested services, session security and recording privacy choices. Non-essential preference, analytics and marketing technologies start off disabled.

Choose “Accept all”, “Reject optional” or “Manage preferences”. Remaining silent, scrolling or continuing to use the site is not consent. Consent-dependent services are loaded only after the corresponding choice. You may change or withdraw your choices through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future processing and does not retrospectively invalidate lawful processing.

Optional analytics and marketing rely on KVKK Article 5(1) consent. Necessary technologies rely on the relevant Article 5(2) condition for the actual purpose. A preference cookie is not automatically necessary simply because a plugin labels it functional. Approved campaign codes are stored in sessionStorage only after Marketing consent, for the current browser session, and are not automatically added to quotation links. Campaign parameters in incoming URLs may separately appear in server logs or browser history, which require their own retention and access controls.

The cookie schedule states names, providers, purposes, storage periods and first / third-party status. International provider use also requires the appropriate transfer arrangement. Your browser can delete or block cookies; blocking necessary cookies can affect requested functions such as login. GARANTİ cannot directly delete a cookie on another provider’s domain. Cookie choices and choice records

The existing Google tag has linked Analytics and advertising destinations. To prevent advertising requests when only Statistics is selected, external Google measurement runs only when both Statistics and Marketing are allowed. Partial choices remain valid; they do not enable the shared Google tag. Hotjar and the legacy GTM loaders are disabled. Website font files are hosted on this website.

A first-party choice record stores a random browser reference, selected categories, policy/notice version and UTC date/time for up to 180 days. It does not store IP addresses, email addresses, form messages or full page URLs. The secure, HttpOnly gr_privacy_receipt cookie links your browser to that record. We use this record to honour and demonstrate your choice, subject to applicable retention rules. Withdrawal stops new external tracking and clears accessible first-party tracking cookies; a clean page may reload. Cookies on Google’s own domains can be removed through your browser.

Campaign identifiers are accepted in new form records only if Marketing consent matches the current policy and a valid first-party choice record. 3. Verileri nasıl topluyoruz?

Veriler; web formları, üyelik ekranları, destek başvuruları, e-posta ve seçtiğiniz iletişim kanalları üzerinden, kısmen veya tamamen otomatik yöntemlerle; web sitesi kullanımı sırasında oturum / güvenlik sistemleri ve izin verdiğiniz ölçüde çerezler ve benzeri teknolojiler aracılığıyla toplanır. Talebinizden sonra telefon veya yazışma yoluyla ilettiğiniz bilgiler de ilgili sürece dahil olabilir.

4. Alıcı grupları ve aktarım

Veriler, yalnız ilgili amaç için gerekli ölçüde; yetkili GARANTİ personeli, barındırma / teknik bakım / e-posta hizmeti sağlayıcıları, talebinizin yerine getirilmesinde görev alan yetkili servis veya iş ortakları, hukuki danışmanlar ve kanunen yetkili kamu kurumlarıyla paylaşılabilir. Bir alıcıya aktarım yalnız gerçekten gereken veriyle sınırlanır.

Google gibi yurt dışı bağlantılı bir sağlayıcının hizmetinin kullanılması, kişisel verilerin yurt dışına iletilmesini veya yurt dışından erişilmesini içerebilir. Bu işlemler, KVKK m.9 kapsamındaki aktarım şartlarına da tabidir. Çerez izni vermek, düzenli yurt dışı aktarımlar için tek başına genel bir aktarım güvencesi sayılmaz. Google Analytics ve Google Ads, izin verilen ölçüm hizmetleridir. Google altyapısındaki işlem ve aktarımlar kendi hizmet koşulları ve veri koruma düzenlemelerine de tabidir. Haklarınız ve belirli alıcılara ilişkin bilgi talepleriniz için bize başvurabilirsiniz.

5. Saklama ve imha

Veriler yalnız işleme amacının gerektirdiği ve mevzuatın zorunlu tuttuğu süre boyunca saklanır. Devam eden talep, aktif hesap, garanti / servis ilişkisi, somut yasal saklama yükümlülüğü veya bir hakkın korunması gereği dikkate alınır. Saklama gereği sona erdiğinde veriler, uygulanabilir kurallara göre silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir. Rıza geri çekildiğinde ilgili rızaya dayalı yeni işlem durur; başka hukuki sebeple tutulması gereken kayıtların durumu ayrıca değerlendirilir.

Web sitesi analizi için kullanılan çerezlerin ve yerel saklamanın süreleri çerez envanterinde yer alır. Üye hareket analizi için açıklanan azami süre 90 gündür; bu özellik yalnız hesap bazlı ayrı izin ve çerez panelinde istatistik izni birlikte varsa çalışır. Form içerikleri ve mesajlar bu özellik kapsamında kaydedilmez.

6. Tercihleriniz

İsteğe bağlı çerezleri reddetmeniz teklif istemenizi, iletişim kurmanızı veya yerel hesapla giriş yapmanızı engellemez. Çerez tercihlerinizi sayfa altındaki “Çerez ayarları” üzerinden değiştirebilirsiniz. E-posta ve WhatsApp pazarlama tercihleri My GARANTİ üzerinden veya bize başvurarak ayrı ayrı geri çekilebilir. Üye hareket analizine ilişkin tercihinizi hesabınızdaki ilgili ayardan değiştirebilirsiniz. Bu seçimler birbirinin yerine geçmez.

7. KVKK kapsamındaki haklar ve başvuru

KVKK m.11 uyarınca kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme; işlenmişse bilgi talep etme; işleme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanımı öğrenme; yurt içinde veya dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme; eksik veya yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme; m.7 şartları çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme; düzeltme ve silme / yok etme işlemlerinin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme; münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize çıkan sonuca itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işlem nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarınız vardır.

Başvurularınızı yukarıdaki adrese yazılı olarak veya Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ’deki yöntemlerle iletebilirsiniz. Daha önce bize bildirdiğiniz ve sistemimizde kayıtlı e-posta adresiniz üzerinden [email protected] adresine de başvurabilirsiniz. Kimliğiniz uygun ve ölçülü yöntemle doğrulanır. Başvurular mümkün olan en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır; mevzuatın izin verdiği durumlarda tarifeye göre ücret uygulanabilir.

8. Diğer ülke mevzuatı ve güncelleme

GDPR veya başka ülke mevzuatının ilgili işleme uygulanması halinde, o mevzuattaki ek haklar ve yükümlülükler de dikkate alınır. Veri taşınabilirliği gibi ek haklar, uygulanabilir mevzuat ve koşulları çerçevesinde değerlendirilir. Bu metnin güncel sürümü ve yürürlük tarihi web sitesinde gösterilir.
